Review of Pattaya Prestige Properties Co., Ltd

What started off as a seemingly professional endeavour turned into a very two timing, multiple layered/half truth(s), disaster. I do NOT recommend this company as a real estate brokerage for finding an apt or house in Pattaya or otherwise. Pattaya in particular is a very shady place in general to look for housing as it is full of half truths and greed with the mass influx of tourists and over building in the last 5+ years. Be very savvy who you pick to help you to find housing whether you are a retiree, a tourist on a short stay, a local, a working expat, or whatever brings you to this corner of the world. G'luck!
