Review of Matcha Tour

Disaster!
I have never seen so much incompetence like this before. At first the driver pulled of a part of my backpack (I cant use it anymore). I ask for damages but he just starts to shout and demand to call the police from me..
They are unfriendly and treat you like animals.
Never again!
