Review of Flowers Thailand

This shop is really suck. I don't get flower that my bf order for me on Valentines day . When i called them about the order , the staff is very rude and uneducated. She only explain how their system work which i don't care. I don't need to know how their system work but i just want the answer and responsible which i didn't get. She try to blame my bf that he place order later than other so the gift is not deliver yet. The time i called is around 9 pm. What time should i expect the package to deliver? If my bf place order late then your system should be able to tell your customer that it will be be able to deliver on that day right? Not just let customer write about what they want and let system reply customer's email but the staff don't acknowledge it at all . Then when the gift does not deliver on time , blame the system , blame the customer, don't apologize and not take responsible for anything. This shop is not professional . They don't know how to do business . Their system is suck. The staff is rude , stupid and uneducated. I recommend all of you who read this msg to not use their service and i hope this shop close soon.
