Review No sky news or bbc news

I live in a condo.5th floor.bad connect and signal to my digital tv picture break up and no sky news or bbs news .pleade if in a condo do not install .supposed to be 150 channels.but not so.will only get about 110 channels .the rest bad feception or cannot down load .had to go and buy a set top box from powerbuy .still picture breaks up
