Job offer: Production Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is world leading's Consumer Goods Product / Manufacturing, we are now looking for potential candidate for;

Position:                  Production Manager 

Location:                  Eastern Seaboard Rayong

Salary:                     65,000 -90,000 THB

Working :                 Mon-Fri 

Responsibilities:

· Manage and control manufacturing Safety, Quality, Production schedule and productivity to achievement the target.

· Monitoring and ensure of all employee to maintain of Working Instruction (WI) and company rule.

· Well-versed in Quality Standard (GMP, HALAL).

· Prepare annual training for up skill knowledge of employees.

· Coordinate with another section to discussion in case major problem for improvement.

· (Kaizen) Improvement of Quality & Productivity.           

· Prepare the budget investment & repairing expense.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Document control, have a good problem solving skill, strong leadership and able to work with team.
• Good command of English.
