     Our client is Electronics industry. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;
 
Position :                               BOM Engineer ( Specialist )
Location :                                WHA, Chonburi
Business Type :                    Home appliance
Working day :                        Mon – Fri (08.00-17.00 hrs.)
Benefit :
  • Salary: 50,000 – 60,000  THB/ month negotiated depending on experience.
  • Bonus, Housing, shuttle bus
Qualifications:    
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in material planning, production planning in manufacturing.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Strong analysis skills and can use excel.
  • Have knowledge in SAP.
Job description
  • Monitor to ensure material forecast effective stock with suppliers on time delivery ,quality and quantity.
  • Responsible for maintain Bill of Material implementing the SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Module i.e. BOM, documentation, drawing, other customer information, ensure the data recording is consistent with ISO standards ( 9001,14001,45001 ) .
  •  
  • Analyze MRP reports and take appropriate action, verify that production line delivery aligns with minimum stock targets and logistics costs
  • Summary weekly and monthly reports for supplier evaluation and measurement report (Price, Quality, Discrepancy shipment, and Delivery performance).
  • Coordinate with LogisticsTeam, Production control, and warehouse for material supply and monthly and weekly production plan.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve safe and efficient MRP & Logistics functions.
