Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled After Sales Service Manager to oversee and enhance our post-purchase customer service operations for our food processing machinery products. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, manage service teams, and contribute to product improvement through customer feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all post-purchase customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Manage and resolve product or service-related problems efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to streamline customer service processes.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest product improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales services and customer satisfaction.
- Train and lead the after-sales service team to ensure high-quality customer support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service activities.
- Monitor service contracts and assist clients with renewals and upgrades.
- Prepare and present regular reports on after-sales service performance to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical service support, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and service management tools.
