The company is Japanese business, at this moment, seeking for an experienced candidate to join as HR Payroll and Admin Staff (Workplace around BTS Surasak, Bangkok)

Position :          HR Payroll and Admin Staff

Location:        BTS Surasak, Bangkok

Business:       Food Logistics

Salary:           20,000 – 30,000 THB / month

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM Job Description

• Handling HR, Admin, Accounting support for small business units.
• Handling welfare, compensation, and benefits.
• Time attendant record, payroll, deduct SSO, Provident fund, insurance, Tax, WHT.
• Provide VISA Work permit, 90 days report.
• Mange health insurance, accident insurance, social security fund, provident fund.
• Submission of statutory reports to the concerned parties including but not limited to Social Security, Labor Department, Revenue Department, Provident Fund.
• Updating personal data.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification

• Welcoming Thai
• Experience over 3 years in Payroll, HR, Accounting support.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in English or any related field.
• Can start work immediately will be advantage
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to work  around BTS Surasak, Bangkok
