Job vacancy Head of Client Coverage

Job Description :

• Identifying and obtaining clients planning to undergo IPO, bid, fund raising, origination, merger and acquisition type transactions and providing independent advice for related party/take-over type transactions. 
• Undertake presentations to institutional investors, fund managers and potential clients in securing mandates. 
• Work closely with corporate finance on project execution. 
• Negotiated key terms and conditions of investment with the client .
• Advising clients on the formulation and implementation of corporate finance related schemes. 
• Reviewing underwriting proposals for corporate finance related assignments. 
• Supervising and reviewing announcement and circular in respect of corporate exercises. 
• Reviewing submissions and public documents for implementation of corporate exercises. •
• Assisting in due diligence exercises. 
• Partner and advising clients on technical issues relating to the corporate exercises and providing support to ensure smooth implementation of the exercises 
• Exercise and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients and strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the Company as well as build close relationship with existing clients. 
• At all times observe, comply and be conversant with all acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations and guidelines in the execution of client engagement and dealings. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Laws, Rules of the Bank of Thailand, Stock of Exchange of Thailand, Stock Exchange Commission and guidelines issued by the regulatory bodies, Information Technology Security Standards Code (ITSS) and the Company’s internal policies and procedures. 
• Display teamwork and work closely with the other Board Members and other senior management personnel at all times. 
• Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to staff in view of their work performance.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant role.
• Experienced in managing projects.
• Result-Oriented and can deliver results with limited time and resources.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong people management skills.
• English communications skills.
