Position: Operation Manager (Mass Production)
Location: Samut Sakhon

Responsibilities:

• Manage KPIs development and implementation of overall operations.

• Manage production by fully utilizing resources of machine, manpower and raw materials.
• Plan and manage quality assurance system by controlling of inspection of raw material, in process products, finished products & measuring instruments to comply with the required standards and specifications.
• Ensure overall implementation and operation to meet the plan and improve customer satisfaction.

• Monitor operations performance including scheduling, production, and quality control activities, and implement corrective actions necessary to achieve company objective and KPIs. 

• Guide to develop the productivity projects to optimize the operations efficiency.

• Drive operations improvement by develop and improve of peoples, processes, machines in Cost, Quality, Safety, and Delivery to align with business needs and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate and cooperate effectively with teams and within management structure to facilitate effective resolution to the operations and product delivery.

• Lead operations by develop and improve of people, process, machinery to achieve of production efficiency, manufacturing operations.

• Direct workshop operations in a safe, effective, and environmentally responsible manner.

• Assure conformance to all safety regulations and any related government laws and regulations.

• Follow and response to meet objectives including with Quality, Company, Department KPIs, environment, Health, and safety as well as others departmental Project.     

• Follow according to company standard requirement and regulation which certified by external certified bodies.

• Responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of industrial production processes, particularly 24 hours production work shifts effectively.
• Responsible for developing the work performance of employees so that they can work more effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that all machinery, labour, and existing materials have been managed effectively and control the maintenance costs.
• Manage the operational procedures to achieve the standards of work safety, quality, and environmental standards in accordance with manufacturing standards.
• Manage reports of the performance management and improve subordinates’ performance.
• Provide leadership in operation department to plan, manage and control production & quality management to meet product delivery, quality management, and inventory control. 
• Responsible for identifying risks affecting the products, services, and environmental risk to prevent and reduce the impact of unwanted and bring about continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Engineering, industrial engineering is preferrable.
• Experience at least 10 years as Operation Manager, Production Manager from multinational manufacturing business (FMCG, Consumer, Automotive, Mass Production is preferable.)
• Knowledge in manufacturing process to optimize the manufacturing resources to reach excellent standards of operations.
• Strong management skills in operations, process control, and quality reliability and ensure that the customers’ expectations in terms of quality, cost, quantity, and delivery. 
• Must have knowledge of IWS, LEAN Six Sigma, or any other process improvement process.
• Engaging personality with ability to build proactive operation culture and work with diverse teams.
• Good leadership skill, active, fast learner, good time management and initiative.
• Strong English communication both written and speaking.
